Cleansing the physical, mental and emotional bodies during transformation are essential when the self begins to dissolve. This may be a very uncomfortable period and is often misunderstood. This process can be done by cleansing oneself, by a natural occurrence, or both.

This is a time of enthusiastic seeking and searching. You have exhausted main stream solutions and are opening the door into other alternative possibilities. This is generally a time of extreme research and exploring answers to questions professionals could not help you with.

It can be quite alarming when the observer introduces itself to you. Whether through a spontaneous occurrence, or a desire to see the self, becoming aware of yourself and your surrounding environment can facilitate incredible change. You will begin to see the inner workings of your ego mind and the trickery behind the thinker.

During your transition, there may be subtle or very overwhelming periods of feeling energy within and around you. This can be gentle, or very extreme, causing potential disruptions in your life. Frequency and vibration are felt uniquely, transforming the way you experience the world.

This might be the most difficult to explain, and at the same time brings about the most radical shift in consciousness. The moment the observer falls away, there is no longer a separation between you and the world around you. This requires incredible adjustment and may take a while to feel comfortable in this new way of being.

There comes a time when living a normal life may not be possible. The physical changes and disorientation are so intense that going inward is necessary. This is a time to re-examine everything you knew to be true. It is a time of solitude and needed contemplation.

How many times do you hear that we need to avoid fear and choose love? What if fear leads us to its deeper meaning and purpose? What if fear is not what we think it is? This aspect can be incredibly difficult, some call it The Dark Night of the Soul. However, its purpose can lead us into a deeper relationship with who we really are.

During the most difficult moments of change, it is very common to feel like you are a victim of your circumstance. How did this happen to you? It feels like nothing is ever going to change. You feel like you’re at the mercy of something much more powerful and you have no control over the direction of your life.

At some point, your most precious relationships will be challenged, restructured, and in some cases these relationships will end. Transformation undoes everything in your life and that change will most certainly effect your interactions with others.

Throughout your transformation, you will begin to realize where you are putting up resistance to the process. Where are you creating blocks that are hindering you from moving forward with ease? Where have you contributed to making the situation more difficult than it needs to be? Are you ready to see this aspect of yourself?

Eventually, after much struggle, you realize there is only one way to move forward. Letting go of what you thought your life should be is absolutely necessary. Easier said than done, this stage can take time to fully accept and understand the role it plays in your progression toward a new life.

You are now ready to come back into an unchanged world with a completely new shift in consciousness. It is now time to put one foot in front of the other, get comfortable with yourself, and learn how to live with your new perception. This can be quite a process; however your new sight gives you the excitement and curiosity to make it happen.
